Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for ERP and related business applications, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and minor configuration or data corrections (SQL-based).
- Monitor system performance, maintain master data and user access, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Support UAT, upgrades, and implementation activities, while training and guiding end users on new functionalities and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in CSE/IT or related field with 2–3 years’ relevant experience.
- Proficient in Odoo ERP, Python, SQL, and Linux environment.
- Good grasp of SDLC, change management, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
