Established in 2009, Ispahani Summit Alliance Terminals Limited (ISATL) is a private, independent off-dock facility based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. Born from a collaborative effort between Summit Group, Alliance Holdings Limited, and Ispahani Group, ISATL has quickly become a leader in the country’s logistics sector. Although incorporated in 2009, ISATL’s operational journey began in 2017 with the successful launch of services for Gildan DC, a prominent Canadian manufacturer of branded clothing. This initial venture marked ISATL’s pioneering spirit and solidified its position as a market leader in the Inland Container Depot (ICD) and Container Freight Services (CFS) industries.
ISATL’s warehouses utilize prefabricated steel for exceptional durability, withstanding extreme weather and seismic activity. Elevated floors, dust-free surfaces (a first in Chattogram’s off-dock industry), and strategically placed ramps on all sides ensure optimal cargo protection and efficient operations. High ceilings promote natural light and ventilation, creating an ideal storage environment.

Pahartali Textile Limited believes that, while business is a priority, social welfare is a responsibility. The company is committed to a wide range of CSR activities around its plant at North Pahartali, Chattogram. These initiatives encompass responsible business operations, environmental management, and community development in areas such as education, healthcare, and employment. One notable CSR initiative is the Ispahani Shastho Sheba Kendro, an outdoor medical service centre located within the factory complex. This centre is dedicated to providing free primary health care to the local underserved population. Services include consultations, basic medicine support, vaccinations, and health counseling, with a focus on women and children. The centre operates with two full-time doctors and nurses, available from Sunday to Thursday between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
