📍 Location: Chattogram

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide functional and technical support for ERP and related business applications, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and minor configuration or data corrections (SQL-based).

    1. Monitor system performance, maintain master data and user access, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.

    1. Support UAT, upgrades, and implementation activities, while training and guiding end users on new functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s in CSE/IT or related field with 2–3 years’ relevant experience.

    1. Proficient in Odoo ERP, Python, SQL, and Linux environment.

    1. Good grasp of SDLC, change management, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
